We collect your personal data primarily directly from you: when you create a user account on our website, when you use our call centre, when you apply for a position at our company by completing the application form on our website, when you register to receive newsletters, catalogues, promotional offers, and other marketing communications, when you submit a complaint or exercise your right of withdrawal, when you contact us by telephone, email, or through social media, and when you visit our website.

We collect your personal data for the following purposes:

When you create a user account on our website, schedule a consultation, complete an electronic job application, or submit a comment, we collect your first and last name, telephone number, email address, company name, business activity, and TIN.

EXSOLVO processes your data through cookies when you visit this website to ensure it functions properly and to improve your user experience.

Information that may be collected automatically in this way includes your IP address, date and time of access, the browser you are using, and details of your internet service provider. VI. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is accessible to EXSOLVO employees, to the extent necessary for the performance of our contractual or legal obligations.

EXSOLVO does not intend to transfer your data outside the Republic of Serbia.

where processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by EXSOLVO or a third party.

VIII. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right, at any time, to request that EXSOLVO:

provides you with access to your personal data and informs you of the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, and the envisaged retention period or the criteria used to determine it;
rectifies or supplements any inaccurate data held about you;
erases your data, unless retention is required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. Please note that if the data you request to be erased is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, we may be unable to fulfil that contract.

X. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

You are required to provide us with the personal data necessary for the conclusion of a contract and for the performance of the obligations arising from it.

You are likewise required to provide any data that we are legally obliged to collect under applicable legislation.

If you do not provide this data, we may be unable to enter into a contract with you or fulfil our contractual obligations.

The security of your data is a matter we take seriously. To that end, we implement appropriate technical, organisational, and staffing measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, unlawful processing, and other breaches involving personal data.
